
Our promise to you is that following examination and consultation, and prior to starting treatment, fees will always be discussed. Generally, we expect payment at the time services are rendered unless other financial arrangements have been made prior.
For your convenience, major credit cards are accepted and longer-term financing is available through financial service companies including Care Credit.

Insurance -- Monthly statements are sent out on all active accounts so that you may monitor the progress of insurance payment toward your balance. California law requires insurance companies to pay on or respond to a claim within 30 days. If we find that your insurance company delays payment beyond 60 days, we will ask that you clear the balance and become involved with our aid in settling your claim with the company.
We are able to counsel you on your insurance coverage in order to maximize your benefits, as well as process your claims. However, your insurance is a contracted benefit between the patient, the employer, and the insurance company. Therefore, the patient is financially responsible for their account.
