Brown Law is conveniently located in downtown Moncton, at 50 Foundry Street, Suite 202, in the Cantini Law Group Building. This is a new building which offers free parking and is very easy to find, even for new comers to the city.

We offer extensive legal services, primarily in the areas of residential real estate, all aspects of family law and wills & estates planning, as well as in related areas of civil litigation.

The lawyers and staff at Brown Law Office adhere to a strict code of ethics and professionalism in assisting our clients in their business & personal matters. Over the years we have developed a large clientele through hard work, word of mouth referrals and repeat customers.

We are accessible and open to our clients and offer the flexibility of a small office with knowledgeable staff. Over the years our law firm has established a credible reputation in the Greater Moncton Area for our skill and expertise as both advisors and advocates for our clients.

Staff

Brenda McMullen Brown, the founding lawyer of Brown Law Office, she has been in private practice in the Greater Moncton Area for the past 18 years. Ms. McMullen Brown, a native of Northern Ireland, resides in Riverview, NB, with her husband and two boys, aged 12 & 16.

Jo-Anne Moore joined the law firm, as an associate lawyer, in June 2009, upon her graduation from Université de Moncton. Prior to law, Ms. Moore was the first Victim Services Coordinator of the Moncton Police Force, then worked as a freelance writer and translator before enrolling at the Université de Moncton. Ms. Moore resides in Dieppe, NB, with her husband and three children.

Brown Law office also employs three legal assistants, Katherine Loughery, Kathy Miller and Lynn Anderson, together they have over 55 years of experience in the legal profession. Our three staff are dedicated to customer service, and making legal matters more transparent and understandable to our clients. These individuals are involved in all areas of the practice at Brown Law Office including document preparation, customer contact and legal research.
