Arrival Procedure
To receive the most from your Spa visit, please arrive on time for your treatment. We must consider all our clients, therefore, you may be required to shorten or forego your scheduled treatment if you arrive late.

Appointments & Cancellations
Your spa time is reserved especially for you. To ensure we offer the best service there is a 24 hr cancellation notice for regular bookings & 48 hr notice for packages & group bookings. VISA/MasterCard Required.
