"I expect people doing work for me to do so at their best, my customers should expect the same in return." With 30 years experience working in 3 and 4 bay shops, Russell is well equipped to understanding what his techs tell him is needed and relaying that information to his customers.

Russell informs his customers what is required, the price to do the work and stand behind their work. "I will do what I can to make things right." With todays information systems and training it takes less time to diagnose problems which reduces the cost to the customer. They also spend a little extra time to see if any other work is required. "What's the sense in making the car go if it will not stop?"

Russell Auto can also perform your vehicle's warranty approved services at much less cost! They have access to your vehicle required services and can put you on a schedule to help reduce your costs.

Testimonials

Russell you have been here for me in times of need. You have gotten me out of stressful times by always being there to fix my car. You sold me a reliable car when no one else would help me. I was driving a wreck and you got me into a newer, more respectable vehicle. Not only have you been there for me, you have helped my family and friends when they needed an honest technician and trustworthy opinion. You're a real person who shows people that not everyone is out to make a quick "buck". Your kindness and knowledge of cars is next to none and the community is lucky to have you.

On Oct. 25th I decided to go for a ride on my bike. It had been idle most of the summer as the rain and inclement weather had not been that conducive to enjoyable biking. The tires needed some air, so I pumped as much as I could with my bicycle pump. Thinking that I could just pop over to the 7-Eleven, where I usually went. Alas, it has closed. I started biking down Concession hoping to find a service station open - nothing. Then I spotted Russell Auto Service. Oh no, it was closed too. Then I peeked in the window and I saw someone inside. I rapped on the door and sure enough it was Russell. Then he told me that all his machines were shut down for the weekend. It would take at least 20 minutes to get the air machine up and running. He must have seen the "what do I do now" look on my face. I knew I could not ride the bike as it was. Thank you Russell, you went inside got the air compressor operating enough to put air in my tires. As I rode away I could not help to think what a kind man. I know I will make sure that when my car needs repairs it goes to Russell's. Anyone that will go out of his way for a stranded bike rider, I can only surmise what kind of attention he must pay to his car customers. Again, thank you Russell, you really did make my day.
