Dr. Denys Beauvais

Dr. Beauvais acquired his Doctorate from the University of Montreal in 1983. Throughout the next 6 years he continued the learning process with an internship, residency and two fellowships.

Immidiately following his last fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, he began practicing with Beaumont Eye Associates in Beaumont, Texas. After a year there he established his own practice, North Country Eye Associates.

Aside from having a longstanding private practice, Dr. Beauvais has also been published several times and has a variety of licenses, all of which show his ability to excel as a doctor of Opthomology.

Dr. Monica Nuyens

Dr. Nuyens studied at the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada from 1973-1979, at which point she was granted a Doctorate in Medicine.

After completing an internship and two residencies, Dr. Nuyens took part in a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthamology at the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Nuyens then went on to join the Beaumont Eye Associates practice at the same time as Dr. Beauvais. From there, she came to New York and has been practicing at North Country Eye Associates alongside Dr. Beauvais since 1991.
