The Board and its membership have devoted countless volunteer hours to community groups, lending an international scope to our members who are interested in expanding their horizons.

History

The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® was founded in 1907 as the “Providence Real Estate Exchange.” In 1951 the Greater Providence Board formed the Multiple Listing Service, which later became the Statewide Multiple Listing Service in conjunction with the RI Association of REALTORS®.

Opportunities to Get Involved

Volunteering only takes a minimal amount of time and can be done in a variety of ways such as joining any of the following committees.
