SOMLS

What is known today as the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service, Inc, was organized in 1925 and became a non-profit corporation under the name, Medford Multiple Listing Service, in 1956.

Update

The state of the real estate market in the Rogue Valley is holding steady despite the economic turmoil that’s wreaking havoc on many communities across the country. In 2008, 342 urban residential properties sold in Jackson County compared with 344 in 2007.
