About Crestview Home Care
Crestview Home Care was started with the idea of affordable independent living. Services may be contracted as needed by residents of Crestview Apartments. Crestview Apartments provided meals, emergency call light service and activities.
Services offered include:
• Assistance with bathing
• Assistance with dressing
• Housekeeping services
• Laundry services
• Medication assistance
• Vital sign monitoring
• Rehabilitation services
• Shopping assistance
• Other nursing & personal services as needed
Services are provided by trained, qualified staff within the residents own apartment. Assistance is available daily, including evenings and weekends.
Clients contract for only the services they desire & we can work with other service providers and individual care givers.
Full health assessments and individualized plans of care are developed for each resident.
