About Us

Starting in 1948, Arrow Body and Fender Service has a reputation as a highly skilled and conscientious collision repair facility. We are a family run business and we live locally as well. There is a good chance we will see you at a local function, the Fourth of July parade, or just grocery shopping in our local community. We support local organizations, schools and teams. Our family would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to repair your collision damaged vehicle.

At this time I would like to tell you about us and what separates us from the others. First off, we really want to repair your car and we will represent your best interest in keeping your car in showroom condition. We do not solicit multiple contracts with less than desirable insurance companies that worry about the bottom line versus what is the right way to repair your vehicle. We will not hound you with unnecessary phone calls and cards to get your business. We will not give your information to third parties.

Our shop, our staff, and our customer's recommendations are our best selling feature. When you walk in our front door you will see a working body shop, unlike others it is not behind closed doors or off limits to customers. We are proud of what we do and how we do it! We will be glad to show you your vehicles repairs in progress and explain the repair procedure. We are well versed in what needs to be done following a collision and are here to assist you in whatever way is needed. A simple phone call to our office from the scene of the collision and we can orchestrate the entire process for you. We can help with the towing, rental car, filing the police report, submitting a claim or releasing a vehicle from an impound. We also can advise you of proper repairs and procedures.

Above all we want you to be assured that we have the tools and the knowledge to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We specialize ONLY in collision repair and collision related mechanical repairs. We won't try to sell you an oil change, tires, detail or a tune-up. Of course at your request we can have those operations done for you while your vehicle is in our care. We use all top line DuPont refinishing products and do not substitute any product for what's on sale or try to save by using less expensive inferior products. We have the tools and products to do the job right.

On top of that we have certified technicians and staff and believe in ongoing training. We believe in continuing to educate ourselves in the best procedure to repair your vehicle. All employees have current training from ICAR, AMI, ASE, or DuPont, and in-house training from our vendors. That is why, since 1948, we provide a lifetime warranty on all repairs.
