Staff
All the staff at Cedar Island Dental contribute to provide a comfortable, patient-focused and family-friendly experience for each of our patients.
Dr. William Dunlap was born and raised in Bemidji, Minnesota, served in the USAF, received his B.A. degree from UND, and his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota. He continually advances his training and techniques with seminars and courses, including classes at the U of M in the Postgraduate Program in Contempory Esthetic Dentistry and the Advanced Cerec training at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He is a member of the ADA, MDA, AGD and the 21st Century Study Club.
Dr. Dunlap and his wife, Donna, have five grown children and eight grandchildren. Outside of the office, Dr. Dunlap enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, fly tying, carpentry, reading and most outdoor activities.
Cathy, our gifted patient care coordinator, will guide you through appointment scheduling, financial arrangements, and help you understand your insurance benefits and limitations.
In addition to chair-side assisting, Karolyn, Debby, and Crystal, our experienced and caring assistants, perform numerous activities that provide essential support for the general flow of our office.
Our hygienists, Jill S. and Jill R., focus on building relationships with their patients, educating and helping them appreciate the life-long advantages of a healthy and attractive smile.
While valuing the patient relationships acquired over the years, our office manager (and occasional hygienist), Donna, works primarily behind the scenes doing business-related duties. She provides ongoing support in most other areas, as well.
