We are an individually owned real estate office that occupies an important niche in the Capital Region. Judy Rosen has been helping people buy and sell homes and income property in the Albany area for over 25 years. For most of those years, she was in the top 2% of all agents in the Capital Region in volume of sales. Born in Albany, she is deeply committed to the community.
"Realizing that the trend of mega real estate companies and mergers does not meet the needs of many buyers and sellers I decided to join the growing ranks of successful agents who have opted to ‘go on their own’". The new information technologies have made it possible to do this. We can now both gather and disseminate information to the same or better extent that larger companies do but with an added benefit for the consumer that larger companies can't offer. This can be compared to the difference between a boutique and a department store: individual service, no bureaucratic layers and flexibility in both marketing plans and approaches.
