MARSHALL B. WILLIAMS ( 1912-1995 )

CHARLES H. WILLIAMS, II

Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, on March 18, 1950. He received a B.S. from the University of South Carolina in 1972 and his J.D. in 1975. Later in 1975, Mr. Williams was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Williams has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. From 1986 to 2007, Mr. Williams was on the Board of Trustees for South Carolina State University. He is also a member of the U.S. Civil Rights commission for the State of South Carolina, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the 4th Circuit Judicial Conference, and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Reported cases for Mr. Williams include, Green v. Zimmerman 238 S.E. 2d 323; State v. Thrift 440 S.E.2d 341; Santee Portland Cement Co. V. Daniel Inter. Corp. 384 S. E. 2d 693; State v. Stewart 295 S.E.; Hughes v. Nelson 399 S.E. 2d 24; and Jones v. Way 294 S.E. 2d 432.

C. BRADLEY HUTTO

Mr. Hutto was born on August 6, 1957, and grew up in the Providence Community near Holly Hill, South Carolina. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Honors Program in 1978, and attended law school at Georgetown University, where he graduated in 1981. That same year, Mr. Hutto was admitted to the bar in South Carolina. Since 1996, Mr. Hutto has represented District 40 in the South Carolina Senate. Mr. Hutto is also a member of the 4th Circuit Judicial Conference, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Reported cases for Mr. Hutto include: Hutto Stockyard, Inc. v. U.S. Dept of Agriculture 903 F.2d 299; State v. White 325 S.E.2d 64; and S.C. Dept. of Revenue v. Stardust Amusement Co. 534 S.E.2d 698.

RUSSELL A. BLANCHARD, IV

Mr. Blanchard was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, on July 11, 1982. He graduated from magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2004. In 2007, Mr. Blanchard graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in that same year.
