Our popular cheer tumbling classes focus on tumbling skills needed for cheerleading, with five levels of classes offered. Beginner Level Classes teach cheerleaders basic tumbling skills while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Our Level 2 classes build on basic skills while mastering the back handspring and round-off back handspring. Our more advanced classes (Level 3, Level 4) allow cheerleaders to learn more challenging tumbling skills like tucks, layouts, and fulls.
Cheer Tumbling focuses on tumbling skills needed for cheerleading, with five levels of classes offered.
* Tiny Tots - ages 3-5
* Levels 1A (ages 6-10) and 1B (11 and up) - Bridges, handstands, bridge kickovers, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels
* Level 2 - Back handsprings/ round-off backhandsprings
* Level 3 - Round-off tucks, round-off handspring tucks (must have back handspring)
* Level 4 - Advanced layouts, fulls, double fulls, standing tucks (must have round-off back handspring tuck)
These three levels cover the fundamentals of cheerleading: motion, voice projection, jumps, tumbling, and strength/flexibility development.
* Cheer 1 - ages 5-8
* Cheer 2 - ages 9-12
* Cheer 3 - ages 13 and up
Offered in basic and intermediate levels, stunting instruction goes from the basics to more challenging - including double-base basing, flying, back spotting and more.
* Stunting 1 - ages 8-12
* Stunting 2 - ages 13 and up

Only current gym members are eligible for Private Lessons. Current gym member is defined as having an active gym membership (active gym registration). Gym registration is $30.00 annually. Registration is valid for one year. Private Lessons are $40.00 per hour for 1 student and $60.00 per hour for 2 students.
