Old Dominion Realty, Inc. was founded by Clyde Pugh in 1962. The company moved its offices from Bridgewater, Virginia in 1972 to South Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia, where the corporate office remains today.

ODRWV LC was formed in 2006 and operates the Franklin, West Virginia office. The office is managed by owner-broker George Sponaugle, Esquire. You can locate our ODRWV LC agents on our agent/staff web page at www.OldDominionRealty.com.

 

Currently, the companies have expanded to over 100 agents and staff located in five offices in Virginia and West Virginia.
