When making their initial appointment, our New Patients are greeted with a warm welcome from one of our competent business staff. All necessary paper work is sent to the patient ahead of time allowing them to fill out their forms at their convenience and in the privacy of their homes. As a courtesy to the patient, our staff will obtain all insurance information prior to the end of their initial appointment. All financial information, coverages, maximums and deductibles are verified immediately resulting in faster and more immediate service to our patient’s dental needs.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Our office helps our patients utilize their insurance coverage in order to maximize their dental benefits. Our staff takes pride in educating them regarding their insurance plans. This also allows us to inform our patients about co-payments, deductibles and maximums at each visit. Patients without dental insurance are expected to pay at the time of their services, however a courtesy discount is given for immediate payments. Senior citizens are given a 15% courtesy for full payment at the time of each visit. For our patient’s convenience, our office accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

CARE CREDIT:

Care Credit is a convenient, low minimum monthly payment program we offer to all our patients. It is designed for patients who need some additional financing for their healthcare needs and would like to start their treatment immediately. This program has also been used by some of our patients with dental insurance to help them pay for the portion that is NOT covered by their insurance plan. The patient can choose one of the quick & easy options to apply: standard paper application; online or automated phone application. On the other hand, our staff can do the application for you here in our office & within minutes you will know the amount of credit available to you.
