Unity I Home Health Care, LLC provides home health care services in Adams, Lawrence, Pike and Scioto counties. Located in the historic Boneyfiddle District, Unity I Home Health Care is PASSPORT and CareStar approved and accredited by Joint Commissions on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
Our home care services are designed to meet the needs of the client in the comfort of their own home. Home care services are often an alternative to nursing home placement.
Services that may be of assistance to you or your loved one include:
• Personal Care - Assistance with bathing and grooming
• Homemaking - Assistance in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Errands - Including grocery shopping, prescription pick up and drop off.
• Respite Care - Care that allows the family member to leave the client with a certified home health aide for a short period of time.
• Independent Living - Assistance with household management tasks that include bill paying.

Transportation - Providing transportation to Passport Approved appointments.
