Our Services
Personal Care: is provided to the client who needs assistance with the activities of daily living such as:
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Meal preparation
• Personal Hygiene
• Errands to pick up or drop off prescriptions
Homemaking: is the promotion and maintenance of a healthy living environment for the client. Homemaking services can include:
• Housekeeping
• Errands to purchase cleaning supplies
• Grocery shopping
Transportation: to and from Passport Approved appointments and/or destinations is provided to our clients. we provide transportation for clients in all of our service areas. We offer both local and out of town transports. Whether you need to go to our local doctor or see a specialist in Columbus, Ashland, Huntington or even Cleveland, we will see to it that you arrive safely and promptly for your appointment.
Travel Attendants: are provided for the client who has a medical condition or needs extra assistance during the medical appointment. Our Travel Attendants are assigned to the client for the entire medical appointment in order to assist the client with any needs he or she may have.
Respite Care: is a service that is offered to the person(s) caring for a loved one. Respite care is designed to allow you to leave your loved one in the care of a competent caregiver so that you can attend to other tasks run errands, go to appointments or just have a break.
Independent Living Activities (ILA) is offered to those clients who need assistance with banking activities, such as withdraws or checkbook balancing, purchasing money orders, paying bills, purchasing postage stamps and going to the post office. Other activities can include maintaining health records and acting as the clients authorized representative in maintaining benefits programs.
Skilled Services: Unity I Home Health Care, LLC is currently in the process of becoming Medicare and Medicaid certified to provide skilled services. Watch for updates to our new sister corporation Unity I Skilled Home Care, Inc. COMING SOON!
